the hotel dieu site is the last remaining undeveloped site in the historic centre of clermont ferrand. s-terra had been selected as joint europan 9 winners for the site and invited dermot foley landscape architects and krystallia kamvasinou to further develop the public realm element of the scheme. a complex layering of public realm programme was proposed across the site, with protected structures, new build and connections outside the site.
